If you're planning a service for someone you love, we want the days ahead to be as clear as they can be. We're praying God gives you His comfort and strength.
What to Do First

Call us at (513) 671-0422 ext. 393 to schedule a pastor.

Our pastors can lead a service at an off-site location or here in our chapel. From there, you'll set up an appointment with a funeral home.


Please allow at least 72 hours to arrange everything.

What We Offer

You'll have a Vineyard pastor to lead the funeral or memorial service, along with a sound technician and funeral coordinator on hand to support the day.

Our Chapel seats around 350, so there's room for family and friends to gather together.

Questions You Might Have

Answers to the practical things, so you can focus on what matters most right now.

Our Chapel sound system supports live musicians during the service, though we're not able to book or contact musicians for you.


We have a large screen for a PowerPoint presentation, and our sound tech can run it during the service, but we're not able to build the presentation itself.


We don't print funeral programs in-house — your funeral home or a local print shop can handle that for you.

We've worked alongside a number of funeral homes in the area, including ones that can accommodate cremation with care.

Planning a service means a lot of small decisions, one after another:

  • Newspaper obituary
  • Pallbearers
  • Guest book
  • Photos and keepsakes
  • Flowers
  • Poems or quotes to include
  • Opportunities for donations in their memory

Funeral homes and newspapers will usually ask for:


  • Name of the deceased
  • Date of birth
  • Location of birth
  • Last residence
  • Date they passed away
  • Location of death
  • Date of service
  • Burial location
  • Who they're survived by

A suggested order of service:


  • Greeting
  • Scripture
  • Prayer
  • Song or music
  • Sharing from friends, relatives, and small group members
